We’ve identified eleven standard oases that give an idea of the oasis structure and thus help design spaces that become places. Six feature the Stanza, three the Arco, and the remaining two feature the oasis structure without using architectural forms. The oases have two distinguishing functional features: • Accessibility: disability awareness, with adequate spaces and easily usable seating. • They’re set up for artistic expression: specific oasis components are designed or particularly suitable for works of art. The Oases can be linked together with other oases of the same or different type, facilitating design planning in large areas. Colors can be the same, or else each oasis in the chain can have its own color identity.
