MELTING
Steel is melted in the furnace of the steelworks. The result of melting is a semi-finished product (billet), an intermediate product obtained from casting and ready to be processed.

ROD
The billet is hot rolled to obtain the rods with the characteristic ribbing required for reinforced concrete.

FOLDING
The rod is cold bent a first time in a 2D geometry using shaping machines used in the building industry.

SHAPE
Expert hands perform a second cold bend to shape the frame in a 3D geometry.
