They also turned our homes and private lives upside-down. Yes, because not everyone has the chance to live in a big house with private and unpassable rooms for each member of the family. In our regular homes it happens that we are forced to share places (and technologies) also with our kids &#8230; all in need of an adequate, but above all, pleasant space.<\/p>\n<h2><b>MIND YOUR HEALTH!<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The sore point of remote working is perhaps health. We\u2019re not just talking about the \u2014 dangerous but strategic \u2014proximity with our fridges, a source of high-calorie coffee breaks (without the pleasure of chatting with colleagues). In our &#8220;home-office&#8221; we got used to improvised seats (chairs, beds and sofas) that were certainly not designed for work. Slouch and back pain are often the regrettable results that not even Pilates online classes can relieve &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><b>SGABO: THE SPRINGY ONE<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>What if \u2014 instead of improvising \u2014 we rely on Kindof?
